الخصائص التنظيمية، وعلاقتها بالبقاء والمثابرة في الدراسة بجامعة الكويت من منظور سوسيوتربوي

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الخصائص التنظيمية لجامعة الكويت كمؤسسة تعليمية وعلاقة هذه الخصائص بمعدلات البقاء في الدراسة والمثابرة لدى الطلاب من ذوي الجنسية الكويتية وأقرانهم من الجنسيات والعرقيات الأخرى (من بين الأفارقة، والآسيويين). ومناقشة سياسات القبول وأثرها في معدلات البقاء الدارسين أو انسحابهم من الدراسة في جامعة الكويت على خلفية إطار نظري لنظريات الاختيار الجامعي، ونظريات المثابرة والبقاء في الدراسة، وفي ضوء مناقشة النماذج الاجتماعية التي تفسر أسباب بقاء ومثابرة الطلاب الأجانب مقارنة بأقرانهم الكويتيين في الدراسة بالجامعة، مع مناقشة النظريات الاجتماعية التي تفسر انسحاب الدارسين من الدراسة باستخدام المنهج العلمي المناسب.
