تسعى التنظيمات النقابية إلى محاولة دعم الأفراد الذين يواجهون صعوبات في مواقع العمل، حيث أن العمل النقابي لا يقوم على أساس التفاوض فقط على الاتفاقيات الجماعية وإنما من خلال التوجه نحو الاهتمام بالقضايا الحديثة في المؤسسات كالمخاطر النفسية الاجتماعية والتي لديها تأثير سلبي على الصحة النفسية والجسدية للعمال.وعلى اعتبار أن التحرش الجنسي نوع من أنواع المخاطر الذي تتعرض له النساء العاملات والذي يؤثر تأثيرا مباشرا على صحتهن النفسية وعلى تطور مسارهن المهني فان هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى الكشف عن أنواع التكفل الذي تقدمه النقابة الوطنية المستقلة لمستخدمي الإدارة العمومية بقسنطينة في الحفاظ على الصحة النفسية للمرأة العاملة ضحية التحرش الجنسي.
