الملخص

لضمان نزاهة وسلامة العملية الانتخابية فقد تمت احاطتها بجملة من الضمانات لعل اهمها خضوعها للرقابة الدولية، وهي الضمانة التي أصبحت في وقتنا الحالي محل تأييد بعدما كانت محل اعتراض من قبل معظم دول العالم باعتبارها تشكل من وجهة نظرهم مساسا بسيادة الدولة.

وتأتي دراستنا هذه من اجل بيان المقصود بالرقابة الدولية على العملية الانتخابية واهم ضوابطها.
