الملخص

منذ فترة طويلة تم تجاهل الاضطراب الاكتئابي لدى الأطفال قبل سن البلوغ ولم يتم التعرف على الواقع العيادي لهذا المرض حتى السبعينيات. في الواقع ، وحتى هذا التاريخ ، يؤكد العديد من المؤلفين أن مرض الاكتئاب لم يكن موجودًا عند الأطفال بسبب النضج الناقص للحالات النفسية. من ناحية أخرى ، فإن مفهوم "الموقف الاكتئابي" كمرحلة أساسية وطبيعية في نمو الطفل كان موضوعًا للتطور النظري الثري ، في النصف الأول من القرن العشرين. علاوة على ذلك ، تمت دراسة آثار الانفصال في الوليد والطفل ، وتم التعرف على وجود معاناة عيادية.
