Résumé

إن محيط الوظيفة عادة ما يؤثر و يتأثر بكل  من  حاجات   الفرد  وشخصيته و قيمه. وعليه، فان كل من كيفية استجابة الأفراد على الوظيفة وكذا استجابات هؤلاء الانفعالية على هذه الأخيرة، تكون وظيفة التطابق بين صفات الوظيفة (كحجم الاستقلالية و التحديات الذي تمنحه الوظيفة، والمهارات المستعملة في هذه الأخيرة...) وصفات الأفراد ( كمركز التحكم  و المهارات و مفهوم الذات...). وبناء على ذلك، ولغرض رفع من مستويات الأداء والرضا في مكان العمل، يجب أخد بعين الاعتبار التأثير المتبادل بين ظروف الوظيفة والفرد العامل.
