أثر القيادة الروحية في الأداء السياقي
دراسة تحليلية لآراء عينة من أساتذة جامعة الطارف

L'étude visait à analyser et mesurer l'influence du leadership spirituel sur le niveau de performance contextuelle des membres du corps professoral de l'Université d'El-Tarf/Algérie. Pour atteindre cet objectif, un questionnaire a été élaboré pour collecter des données et il a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire de (75) membres permanents du corps professoral de l'université étudiée. Les résultats ont montré un accord élevé sur le niveau de mise en œuvre des dimensions du leadership spirituel (vision, espoir / foi et altruisme) dans l'université étudiée, avec un pourcentage de (81,3%). Les résultats ont également montré l'existence d'une corrélation statistiquement significative et d'une relation d'influence au niveau de (α≤0,05) entre le niveau d'application du leadership spirituel et le niveau de performance contextuelle des membres du corps professoral. À la lumière de ces résultats, il a été recommandé de renforcer le rôle du leadership spirituel afin de parvenir à une amélioration du niveau de performance contextuelle du membre du corps professoral de l'université étudiée.
