الملخص

Des travaux ont mis en évidence la capacité d’une sérine-protéase sécrétée par Aspergillus fumigatus, à dégrader les protéines constitutives des membranes basales. Nous avons étudié, dans notre travail, la dégradation par la sérine-protéase purifiée, de la laminine et le collagène type IV, constituants des membranes basales, au sein du matrigel et sur des coupes d’organes de rat. Cette étude a mis en évidence la dégradation rapide de ces protéines par la sérine-protéase purifiée.
